Supplement III to CEPA (signed on 27 June 2006)

Note : The Mainland and Hong Kong submitted a joint communication regarding the provisions of the Supplement III to CEPA to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on 6 December 2006. The English translation of the Supplement III to CEPA circulated to other WTO members is posted on this webpage. The Supplement III to CEPA was signed in Chinese language, and only the Chinese version is authentic.
